Welcome to Manor Farm Livery

Manor Farm, Cottesmore offers livery facilities in the heart of the county of Rutland. Based on a 1,000 acre working arable farm, Manor Farm Livery is a busy and friendly environment in which to get the most from your four legged friend. We primarily offer DIY livery and Assisted DIY services, but are always happy to talk to you about your part, full or holiday livery requirements.

From the outset, our ever increasing range of facilities has been designed with both safety and quality in mind. Manor Farm Livery currently offers well established pasture, all year round turnout, well ventilated stabling, a 65x x 25m sand and rubber outdoor ménage (now extended), Monarch horse walker, 1,000 acres of off-road hacking, lorry and trailer parking and much more.

Based in the village of Cottesmore, near Oakham, we are within easy reach of the A1, Stamford, and many training and competition venues.

If you are looking for a livery yard with an experienced team for whom nothing is too much trouble, excellent facilities, happy and healthy horses and a great crowd of fellow livery owners, Manor Farm might just be worth a call. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our outdoor menage is available for hire throughout the year. Please contact us for more information and for booking.

We are sorry to say that we are full at Manor Farm and are not able to offer any stable and grazing spaces at the main yard for the foreseeable future. It is always worth dropping me a line and explaining your requirements  with a view to going on our wait list...things might change.

RETIREMENT/YOUNGSTOCK GRAZING AVAILABLE
We have a small number of spaces for full time turnout in a well established grass field in Cottesmore. It is not attached to our main yard and therefore does not include stabling. Please contact us if you are interested.
