Welcome to Manor Farm Livery Centre

Manor Farm offers new livery facilities in the heart of the county of Rutland. Based on a 1,000 acre working arable farm, Manor Farm Livery Centre is a busy, thriving and friendly environment in which to get the most from your four legged friend. We offer a DIY livery and Assisted DIY service, but are always happy to accomodate part and full liveries.

Established in October 2009, Manor Farm Livery currently offers well established pasture, all year round turnout, well ventilated interior stabling, a 45x x 25m sand and rubber outdoor menage, 1,000 acres of off-road hacking, lorry and trailer parking and much more.

Based in the village of Cottesmore, near Oakham, we are within easy reach of the A1 and many training and competition venues. 

Our outdoor menage is available for hire throughout the year. Please contact us for more information and for booking.
